Angie Whysall Counselling

A safe space to talk, heal and move forward.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, burnout or low self-esteem. Perhaps you feel stuck, misunderstood or unsure where to turn.

About me

A compassionate and down-to-earth approach

My professional background includes working in mental health and crisis teams, as well as supporting people affected by drug and alcohol addiction in my role as a recovery worker.

I have experience working with neurodivergent people, including autistic clients, and with people who have spent time in prison. These roles have given me an understanding of the challenges people can face, including stigma, isolation, difficult life experiences and major transitions.

My approach is non-judgemental, respectful and grounded. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns and discover choices that feel right for you.
